I work with adults and teens navigating periods of transition. They feel uncertain about the path forward. Many are seeking clarity and relief from symptoms of stress, anxiety, low mood or grief. They want support that is thoughtful, personalized and steady. My clients understand that meaningful change often extends beyond the therapy session and may include goal setting, reflection and practicing skills that support lasting insight and growth.

In our work together, we will draw from evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness and other integrative mind-body concepts. I bring a calm, grounded presence to sessions, and aim to create a space where clients can explore challenges honestly and at their own pace. When relevant, I may incorporate philosophical or spiritual perspectives to support deeper meaning, understanding and psychological development.

Many people I work with arrive feeling stuck, overwhelmed or alone in what they are carrying. Therapy can offer a supportive, structured space to make sense of what is happening and begin moving forward with more clarity, self-compassion and intention, towards a life that feels more aligned with who you are and how you want to live.
